How fast I´ll get it?
As fast as you need. Usually within 24 hours by email or within 2-3 working days by post or courier. Upon agreement, it is possible to pick up the voucher in person when paying in cash.

Do I have to write date of jump?
You do not be a voucher min. validity period, which is usually 3 to 12 months. Voucher you book to a specific date on our email bungyjump@seznam.cz . The full voucher number is required for booking. If the date is free, you will receive a confirmation of your date with instructions for jumping. If the date is not free, you will be offered the nearest free date. You can cancel the reservation for jumping from the bridge no later than 7 days before the jump via our email, otherwise it is necessary to show up for the jump and the reservation is binding. If you do not arrive at the jump on the reserved date, the voucher will be forfeited.

Do I have to have the voucher with me?
The voucher is equipped with a unique code, which will be checked before jumping after presentation. After it has been presented, the voucher cannot be used any further. Skydiving is only permitted on the basis of the voucher that will be presented and checked first. The voucher is only bound to the holder who presented it first. You cannot jump without a presented voucher.

Is it available to extend the period of voucher?
Yes, it does. We always try to accommodate our customers. For example, you may have had an accident or the weather was so bad that you want to enjoy the experience, not just experience it. However, the extension of the voucher is subject to a fee. The voucher can be extended only once, with an additional payment of CZK 1.500. However, the extension of the voucher is not the obligation of the operator, and the voucher can only be extended after the agreement of both parties.

Is it available write voucher in favour of?
Yes, there is available, for example you want to give a present for your friend, wife, parents etc.

If you order T-shirt, videorecording and photo
Viderecording you will pay with voucher and we will make record on the bridge during the jump. Or there is availbale to buy videorecording on the bridge. You can buy T-shirt by internet and pay with voucher and you will take out on the bridge.

Is there available company order?
Yes, there is available. You will get invoice with voucher.

Can I give back or change a voucher?
Yes, you can. Within 14 days of receiving the voucher, you can return or exchange the voucher without giving a reason. The shipment must contain a signed written declaration of withdrawal from the contract delivered to our correspondence address within 14 days of receipt of the voucher, the voucher in the same condition in which you received it, a copy of the invoice and proof of payment. Late voucher reservation from slevomat.cz:

• A valid reservation request contains the date of the jump, the place of the jump and a valid voucher number (voucher code)
• A reservation sent to our email no later than 6 days after the date by which the reservation was to be made is charged a fee of CZK 1.500 / voucher.
• The fee is payable in cash on the day of the jump before the jump

Reservation of a voucher from a discount machine in violation of the conditions of use:

• A valid reservation request contains the date of the jump, the place of the jump and a valid voucher number (voucher code)
• The reservation must be sent to our email bungyjump@seznam.cz
• The surcharge for using the voucher in violation of the terms of use is the amount that makes the difference CZK 2.500 (standard price of jumping on the bridge) - (minus) the price of the purchased voucher, and this amount is calculated for you in the booking confirmation from the bungyjump email address bungyjump@seznam.cz
• The fee is payable in cash on the day of the jump before the jump
